Good health is a blessing! And while everyone would like to avoid illness,

keep in mind that WELLNESS is
more than the absence of physical disease.

Wellness means we are whole—BODY, MIND & SPIRIT.

The choices we make in our diet and physical activity can increase our risk,

or protect us from such
things as obesity, type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Nutrition and being physically fit are vitally
important, but they are not the only components to being well. Ask yourself,

“What is the state of my
MIND?” and “Is there peace in my SPIRIT?”

Whether or not you are well depends on how you answer these questions,

right along with what you
eat, and how much you exercise.
